PINEAPPLE JALAPENO JELLY ROLL UPS
Ingredients
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
1/3 to 1/2 jar Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly
2 tsp. Onion, Garlic & Herb Seasoning
¾ cup ham, finely diced
3-4 large plain or spinach tortilla shells
Instructions
Mix cream cheese with Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly, blend well; add diced ham and Onion, Garlic & herb Seasoning. Spread mixture on tortilla shells, roll tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight and cut into pinwheels just prior to serving.
Decorate with diced red peppers and parsley.
